How to convert Word Document into Html file

            In this article i am going to show you one of the superb facilities provided by Microsoft.

We can convert or create html files, pdf files, xml files, etc. using Microsoft Word.For Converting word document into these files or to create these files just follow these steps 

• Open Microsoft Word
• If you are going to create a new file then create your file in Word.
• If you want to convert just open that word document.
• Then click on File >> Save As
• It will Pop-Up the Saving window.
• In that Provide your File name and in Save As type choose Webpage for HTML, XML for XML document and for PDF just select PDF
• Select the location and Click on Save.

 

That`s all

 

You have Converted the Word document into the format you want.

Now if you open the newly created file it will open based on the file type.
