Follow these steps:
1.Download the utility named NIRCMD
2.You can download it from typing nircmd in Google or follow the link below
3. Click here to download NirCmd
4.Now create a shortcut anywhere in your computer by right clicking the mouse and select New->Shortcut.
5.Provide the location of the file and type cmdwait 1000 monitor off.For example“C:\path\to\nircmd.exe” cmdwait 1000 monitor off
6.Click next and create the shortcut
7.Double click the shortcut
8.Your monitor is now in off state.
